Four-star athlete Khai Prean commits to LSU

 The Tigers' winning streak in Louisiana State for the 2023 class continued on Tuesday when coach Brian Kelly accepted a commitment from one of the state's top talent.

Kyprian, his four-star player for St. James, chose the Tigers over Auburn, Florida and Mississippi. Prien, who plays both receiver and middle school at the high school level but is likely to remain offensive at LSU, ranks him 259th in overall prospects, his 15th in Louisiana. Excellent.

His involvement will allow LSU to get a total of 21 commits in his 2023 class. Top 5. Despite early concerns about his recruiting skills at Pelican State, Kelly hit it off on the Tigers' backyard trail. He received pledges from Jr. and four-star quarterback Ricky Collins (both from Baton Rouge) and defenseman Kirin Jackson (Zachary).
